The purpose of the YSRIM conference is to promote the exchange of information on environmental and energy research and practice in the field of buildings, and to contribute to the promotion of energy technologies and energy conservation policies. It brings together faculty, researchers, practitioners and students from universities in Japan, China and South Korea, which have a large number of mega-cities facing various environmental and energy issues, to exchange information on the state of environmental energy, technological development, and trends in policies and systems for cities and buildings, and to exchange information. It aims to establish so-called “salons”.
